The Philadelphia Eagles will interview Seahawks defensive coordinator Gus Bradley for a second time on Tuesday, according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports.
Bradley met with the Eagles on Saturday, prior to Seattle's playoff loss to the Atlanta Falcons. With Seattle now out of the playoffs, Bradley is free to interview and be hired. The Eagles have met with a number of candidates, but Bradley is the first to be brought back for a second interview, a sign that he could be the front-runner for the position.
Known to be a player's coach, Bradley just finished his fourth season with Seattle. The Seahawks defense improved immensely in the last two seasons, including this year where they led the NFL in points per game allowed. The Eagles have interviewed a number of coaches with offensive backgrounds, including Brian Billick, Jay Gruden and Ken Whisenhunt, but Bradley is one of the few with a defensive background.
In addition to the Eagles, Bradley has also interviewed with the San Diego Chargers.
