After meeting with Seattle offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell on Wednesday, the Arizona Cardinals will interview Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians on Thursday.
Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians is the latest head coaching candidate in Arizona, as Arians will interview with the Cardinals on Thursday.
Arians was scheduled to have dinner with Arizona officials on Wednesday before continuing the interview on Thursday, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter. Arians' interview will come just one day after the Cardinals interviewed Seattle offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell.
After finishing his first season in Indianapolis, during which he also served as the interim head coach for 12 games, Arians has interviewed for a number of coaching vacancies. He was one of the finalists in Chicago, but the Bears opted for Marc Trestman. He was also thought to be a candidate in San Diego and Cleveland, but both teams have since hired other coaches.
In addition to Arians and Bevell, the Cardinals have also interviewed Bengals offensive coordinator Jay Gruden, Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley, Arizona defensive coordinator Ray Horton and former Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy.
