After being questioned following sexual assault allegations, Michael Crabtree will not be charged.
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree will not be charged following an investigation for sexual assault, according to a report from CSN Bay Area.

Crabtree was accused of sexually assaulting a women in a hotel room following the Divisional round of the playoffs, but denied the claims. The San Francisco Police Department conducted an investigation, but were unable to find much evidence to support the allegations, including no physical evidence that a crime was committed. In addition, two friends of the accuser said Crabtree did not sexually assault her.
San Francisco District Attorney George Gascon said after a review of the investigation conducted by the special victims unit, the district attorney's office determined no charges would be filed at this time against Crabtree.
The 25-year-old Crabtree leads the 49ers with 176 receiving yards during the postseason. He was questioned by police prior to the NFC Championship game, but still made the trip to Atlanta and played against the Falcons.
