The Baltimore Ravens, like any team that has had to play 19 football games since September, are a bit dinged up heading into Super Bowl XLVII against the San Francisco 49ers. On the team's most recent injury report, a grand total of 15 players were listed as questionable heading into last weekend, including Anquan Boldin, Ray Lewis and Ed Reed. Only two players were unable to participate in practice Friday, however.

Linebacker Dannell Ellerbe and tight end Dennis Pitta appear to be the Ravens' only two potential no-shows for Sunday. Ellerbe is listed with ankle and back injuries, while Pitta appears to be dealing with a thigh issue. Ellerbe did not participate throughout the week, but Pitta was a limited participant Thursday before being held out Friday.
Ellerbe admitted to the Baltimore Sun last week that he is still very banged up, but said that he shouldn't have any problem suiting up against the 49ers. Pitta's injury, however, is new. Both players will no doubt be closely monitored this week.
Neither player has missed any playing time during the playoffs. In fact, both players have been very productive. Ellerbe has 23 total tackles through three games, and notched an interception against the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game. Pitta has 10 receptions for 137 yards and two touchdowns over his last three games.
