The Chargers are also expected to want to talk to the Colts' offensive coordinator, who is currently battling a flu bug.

The Chicago Bears have officially requested an interview with Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Arians filled in as the interim head coach of the Colts after head coach Chuck Pagano was diagnosed with leukemia, and guided the team to an impressive 10-5 record. Pagano returned to his duties as head coach for the last game of the regular season.

There's no timetable for when Arians will interview with the Bears, but it would have to be after the Colts' season ends. Indianapolis faces the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Arians reportedly missed practice on Thursday after coming down with the flu, which apparently is spreading around the Colts team. He is not expected to miss the game on Sunday.

Rapoport also suggests that the San Diego Chargers will also request an interview with Arians, who is regarded by some as perhaps the hottest head coaching candidate available this offseason.
