Super Bowl XLVII, 49ers injury report: Ahmad Brooks, Aldon Smith limited

Ahmad Brooks and Aldon Smith have been limited in practice so far this week. Here's a rundown of the entire 49ers injury report.

The San Francisco 49ers listed 13 players on their Thursday practice injury report, with three days to go before taking the biggest stage in all of football. Linebackers Ahmad Brooks and Aldon Smith were both limited for the second time this week.

Both Brooks and Smith are dealing with shoulder issues, but they managed to put in some work on Thursday. Neither player is expected to miss any time when Feb. 3 rolls around. Brooks injured his shoulder in the NFC Championship, but his return to practice on Wednesday left 49ers fans feeling comforted.

Navorro Bowman, Tarell Brown, Garrett Celek, Dashon Goldson, Frank Gore, Clark Haggans, Mike Iupati, LaMichael James, Bruce Miller, Justin Smith, and Patrick Willis all practiced in full Thursday afternoon. You can expect to see the same lineup on the injury report on Friday, but there is little to worry about from this group.

Goldson was the only player to be added after Wednesday. Now listed with a foot injury, the safety is still participating fully.
