Arizona missed out on Andy Reid but has already spoken with two other quality candidates.

Ken Whisenhunt was let go by the Arizona Cardinals on Dec. 31, despite being the only coach to ever lead the franchise to a Super Bowl appearance.

After a brief period of time in which the Cardinals were thought to be closing in on Andy Reid, the former Eagles coach chose the Kansas City Chiefs instead.

Arizona is still left with some of the top options on the coaching market. The team has already met with Denver Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy and plans to interview Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Jay Gruden at some point this week, according to Mark Dalton via Twitter. Dalton is a part of the Cardinals' media relations team.

With the offensive struggles the Cardinals have had, it's not a surprise that the team is focusing on candidates with strong backgrounds on that side of the football.
