Rob Ryan will reportedly not be joining his brother Rex in New York.
Though he was only fired by the Dallas Cowboys on Tuesday, speculation was already swirling around the idea of Rob Ryan joining his brother Rex and the New York Jets.
Fox Sports NFL Insider Jay Glazer is reporting, however, that a brotherly reunion in New York won't be happening:

Ryan was fired as the defensive coordinator of the Cowboys Tuesday, after another late-season swoon and a myriad of injuries suffered by his defense throughout the 2012 season cost him his spot after two seasons on the sidelines in Dallas.
The Jets are without a defensive coordinator as well, after New York's previous coordinator, Mike Pettine, chose not to ink a contract extension during the season.
Ryan, according to a report from Seth Walder of the New York Daily News on Tuesday, could be set to promote Jets current defensive backs coach Dennis Thurman to the coordinator position.
