Seahawks vs. Cardinals 2013 odds: Seattle favored in Thursday night division showdown

Christian Petersen

The Cardinals will host the Seahawks in Week 7.

The Seahawks and Cardinals will meet in a divisional matchup on Thursday. Both teams are looking to make ground in the talented NFC West, and the early-week game could make waves. The 3-3 Cardinals will host the 5-1 Seahawks, but Seattle is still a 6-point favorite in the game, according to OddsShark.

The Seahawks have been a force on defense this season, especially with their secondary and pass rush. Seattle also features a stud running back in Marshawn Lynch and an efficient quarterback in Russell Wilson.

Pete Carroll's group will have its work cut out for it against a talented Arizona defense. The Cardinals have been able to control games with their stout defense. On offense, Carson Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald have teamed to form a formidable passing connection. The Cardinals will need their running game to show up on Thursday if they hope to score consistently against the Seahawks.

The Cardinals will host the Seahawks at 8:25 p.m. on Thursday Night Football on NFL Network.
