Bengals vs. Lions 2013 picks and predictions: Cincinnati eyes road win against Detroit

NFL experts are picking the winner of the Week 7 matchup between the Bengals and Lions.

The Lions and Bengals are both coming off wins as they enter their clash in Week 7. The Lions defeated the Browns in a comeback win, while the Bengals emerged victorious in a close contest against the Bills in Buffalo. The Bengals will look to continue their road success as they travel to Detroit for the game against the Lions.

The Lions are listed as 2.5-point favorites at home. With and without that spread, the CBS Sports panel is split with a vote of 5-3 to in favor of the Lions. The Yahoo! Sports panel has a even split in this matchup, as each writer picked a different team.

The SB Nation five-man crew is likes Detroit to win the Week 7 contest. In fact, NFL editor Ryan Van Bibber is the lone wolf in favor of the Bengals.

The Lions will host the Bengals at 1 p.m. Sunday on CBS.
