Foles completed just 11-of-29 passes for 80 yards against the Cowboys before he left Sunday's game and was replaced by Matt Barkley.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles may be unavailable for the team in Week 8 after he suffered a concussion in a 17-3 loss to the Dallas Cowboysaccording to Philly.com Sports.

"I saw Nick after the game, he seems like he's doing well," Eagles head coach Chip Kelly said in his post-game press conference. "There's a protocol and a system you go through before he's cleared. He says he feels good so we'll see how it goes as the week progresses."

Foles, 24, earned his first start of the 2013 season after Michael Vick suffered a hamstring injury in Week 5. Starting in Vick's place, Foles earned NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors after he passed for 296 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in a 31-20 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. However, he completed just 11-of-29 passes for 80 yards against the Cowboys in Week 7.

After leaving the game late, Foles was replaced by rookie quarterback Matt Barkley who threw three interceptions. Kelly said after Sunday's game that the team would sign another quarterback if injuries force the team's hand.
