Jermichael Finley tweets updates on status, has full feeling in arms and legs

Jeff Hanisch-USA TODAY Sports

According to his Twitter account, Jermichael Finley was released from intensive care.

Green Bay's Jermichael Finley spent Sunday night in an Intensive Care Unit, but the Packers tight end tweeted that he had been transferred out of intensive care and had full feeling in his arms and legs.

Finley suffered a neck injury during Sunday's game. He laid motionless on the field, before eventually being taken off on a stretcher. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Finley's stay in the hospital was "precautionary" and the tight end was going to be "fine." Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said Finley suffered a significant injury and it was premature to determine a timetable for his return.
