Browns vs. Chiefs 2013 odds: Kansas City favored to stay unbeaten

Andy Reid and co. welcome in Cleveland, which is hoping to snap its two-game losing skid.

The Kansas City Chiefs will try to remain the only team without a loss this season, hosting the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon at Arrowhead Stadium.

The Chiefs come into the week favored by nine points over the Browns with an over/under of 39.5, according to This season Andy Reid and co. are 5-2 against the spread while Cleveland is 3-4.

Kansas City is bolstered by the best defense in the NFL, giving up only 11.6 points per game. The Chiefs have largely been successful because of a terrific pass rush, led by Justin Houston and Tamba Hali. Combined, the duo has 19 of the team's league-leading 35 sacks. At this pace, Kansas City will break the 1984 Bears' record of 72 sacks.

Cleveland is 3-4, coming off consecutive losses to the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers. Brandon Weeden has been holding the team back, completing only 17 of 42 passes against Green Bay last Sunday.
