NFL picks and predictions, Week 8: Falcons vs. Cardinals 2013

Scott Cunningham

The Falcons travel to Arizona to take on the Cardinals in Week 8.

The Falcons and Cardinals will face off on Sunday at University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona. The Cardinals are coming off 10 days of rest after losing to the Seahawks at home, while the Falcons secured their second win of the season against the Buccaneers in Week 7.

The Cardinals are 2.5-point favorites at home against the Falcons. The odds had little impact on CBS Sports panel as the crew voted 5-3 in favor of the Falcons with and without the spread. Yahoo! Sports' two-man panel also believe the Falcons will pull off the road win with both voting for Atlanta.

The SB Nation panel of five is also on the Atlanta bandwagon. SB Nation NFL contributor Jason Chilton was the only analyst to go with Arizona at home.

The Cardinals will host the Falcons on Sunday at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX.
