NFL picks and predictions 2013, Seahawks vs. Colts: Experts split on picks

Sam Greenwood

The NFL experts around the web are taking their picks at the Week 5 matchup between the Colts and Seahawks.

The Colts will host the Seahawks in Week 5. The undefeated Seahawks come to Indianapolis after an impressive comeback victory on the road against the Texans that showed off their impressive secondary and running game. The Colts are riding high at 3-1 and hope to end the Seattle's win streak while adding to their own. After two-straight road wins, the Colts are at home and will look to take advantage of a Seahawks team that has traveled quite a bit this season.

The visiting Seahawks are favored by 2.5 points on the road, but the Colts will have something to say about that on Sunday. With the spread acknowledged, CBS Sports' panel is not buying Seattle's favorite status with a vote of 6-2 in favor of Indianapolis. Those same tallies are present when the crew picked straight up. For Yahoo Sports' two-man panel, the writers are split on the matchup.

SB Nation's panel of five is in favor of the Seahawks in the Week 5 game. The group sides with Seattle by a vote of 3-2.

The Colts will host the Seahawks at 1 p.m. ET Sunday. The game will be televised on FOX.
