Eagles vs. Raiders 2013 picks and predictions: Philadelphia looks to bounce back in Oakland

Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

NFL experts are picking the winner of the Eagles and Raiders matchup in Week 9.

The Raiders will host the Eagles in Week 9. The Eagles are coming off two straight losses and are currently sitting at a record at 3-5. The Raiders are 3-4 and are looking to extend their win streak after defeating the Steelers at home in Week 9. The Philadelphia defense has improved over the last few weeks and if the offense revamps with Nick Foles, the Eagles could be a tough out for the Raiders.

The Eagles are considered 2.5-point favorites against the Raiders in Oakland. However, the entire CBS Sports eight-man panel believes that spread is too high. The entire panel also picked in favor of the Raiders in straight up picks. The two-man crew for Yahoo! Sports is also on board with a sweep for the Raiders.

The SB Nation panel of five is split on the results of the matchup, but also favors the Raiders with a vote of 4-2.
