Giants running back David Wilson left Sunday's game against the Eagles in the first quarter with a neck injury and did not return, but he tweeted after the game that he was fine and would be back next week.
Wish we can win for all our supporters other than that I feel good passed all test. The Dr. Just taking extra precaution be back next week

Wilson ran for 16 yards on six carries with a touchdown, but New York lost, 36-21, to fall to 0-5 on the season.
The lack of a rushing attack has been just one of the many reasons that the Giants have collapsed this year. Wilson has 44 carries for 146 yards and they entered Week 5 with the 28th-ranked rushing offense in terms of yardage. Brandon Jacobs had 11 carries for 37 yards in relief with a fumble.
Mike Garafolo also added that the injury was not thought to be serious.
Word on David Wilson is it's not believed to be a serious injury. Being held out for precautionary reasons. More tests today/Mon, I'm sure.

The Giants play the Bears in Chicago next week.
