Cincinnati Bengals running back Giovani Bernard is expected to play on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens, according to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Bernard was limited in practice this past week with a rib injury suffered during last week's loss to the Miami Dolphins and was going to be a game-time decision for his status for Sunday's game. The rookie was enjoying the best game of his career against Miami before his injury, rushing for 79 yards on just nine carries for two touchdowns in the 22-20 overtime loss.
Keepers Week 10
The young running back, who leads all Bengals running backs with 361 yards and four touchdowns on the season, had been limited to just 21 carries total the past three weeks. Combined with his totals in the passing game, Bernard has generated 628 yards from scrimmage and six touchdowns on the season.
The Bengals are set to face the Baltimore Ravens at 1 p.m ET, with coverage on CBS.
