Lions vs. Steelers 2013 odds and lines: Lions slight favorites on the road

Matt Marton-USA TODAY Sports

Vegas is expecting the Lions to edge the Steelers on the road in Week 11.

The Pittsburgh Steelers host the Detroit Lions in Week 11, and Vegas is expecting a close affair. According to Oddsshark, the Lions are favored by anywhere from one to three points on the road.

Detroit jumped out to first place in the NFC North after scoring a crucial divisional win last week. They beat the Chicago Bears, 21-19, narrowly covering the one-point spread. The Lions improve to 6-3 on the standings and 5-4 against the spread. Calvin Johnson had yet another banner moment, setting the franchise record for most touchdown receptions.

The Steelers' playoff hopes are almost done, but they did get a rare victory last week. Pittsburgh beat the Buffalo Bills, 23-10. They were 2.5 point favorites heading into the game and had no trouble covering. The Steelers move to 3-6 on the season and 3-6 against the spread. Their defense put on a vintage performance against the Bills after getting roasted by the Patriots in the previous week.
