Jaguars vs. Browns 2013 odds: Jacksonville an underdog on the road in Cleveland

Ron Schwane-USA TODAY Sports

The Browns are favored in a Week 13 battle against the last-place Jaguars.

The Jaguars will travel to Cleveland to face the Browns on Sunday. The Browns are coming off a loss to the Steelers in which they lost quarterback Jason Campbell to a concussion. Backup and former starter Brandon Weeden is expected to be the main passer for Cleveland in Week 13 against the Jaguars. Jacksonville is coming off a win over the Texans, who are equally terrible. The Browns are a 7.5-point favorite heading into this contest, according to OddsShark.

The over/under for the game is 40.5 points, so this one is expected to be low-scoring affair. Both teams are averaging under 20 points per game and the Jaguars have produced a horrid 12.9 points per contest. Jacksonville's defense has also been awful, allowing 29.5 points per game. For the Browns, they are not much better. Cleveland's defense is surrendering 24 points per game.

The Browns will host the Jaguars on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.
