The Carolina Panthers have won seven straight games since starting the season with a 1-3 record. Cam Newton's emergence has certainly helped, but the running game hasn't hurt, either. On Sunday when the Panthers take on the Buccaneers, all three of Carolina's top running backs will be a bit banged up.
DeAngelo Williams, Jonathan Stewart and Mike Tolbert are all listed as questionable for Week 13. Williams has a thigh injury and has not participated in practice. Stewart and Tolbert have both been limited in practice, Stewart with an ankle injury, Tolbert with a knee injury.
The Panthers will have to fight through those injuries to make it eight in a row on Sunday.
Here are some other notable injury updates. Check out the entire Week 13 NFL injury report here.
Adrian Peterson probable
After fighting through the questionable tag in a Week 12 tie against the Green Bay Packers, Adrian Peterson appears to be healthier heading into Week 13. He's officially listed as probable with a groin injury even though he did not participate in practice. He should be good to go against the Bears.
Jason Campbell out
Jason Campbell was knocked out of Cleveland's Week 12 loss to the Steelers with a concussion, and he has officially been ruled out for Week 13. The Browns will turn to Brandon Weeden to start against the Jaguars this weekend.
Jason Pierre-Paul has been plagued by a shoulder injury all season long and it doesn't seem close to disappearing. He will miss Week 13 after not practicing this week. It's been a rough season injury-wise for Pierre-Paul.
Tony Gonzalez questionable
Tony Gonzalez wasn't picturing this when he decided to return to the Atlanta Falcons for one more season. Not only have the Falcons taken a huge step back in 2013, but now Gonzalez is dealing with a toe injury. He's questionable for Week 13 against the Buffalo Bills and was limited in practice this week.
