The Baltimore Ravens entered Super Bowl 47 in New Orleans to a 1987 song by an Irish rock band about Belfast. It's supposedly about the ideal of personal religion and class becoming less of a factor in the future, something that would be an interesting thing to listen to Ray Lewis talk about. It's a pretty good song, but has, like, nothing to do with Baltimore or what we think of when we think of the Ravens.
The San Francisco 49ers, however, did everything they could short of taking the field to E-40 to represent their city and state, taking the Superdome to 2Pac and Dr. Dre's "California Love." It's a song about loving California. Niners win.
These videos both are really long, though, so there's some common ground.
Also, as a sad Falcons fan:
"California Love" means dammit the Falcons would've taken the field to "All Gold Everything" dammit— Jason Kirk (@JasonKirkSBN) February 3, 2013
