Chandler didn't play in the Bills' first preseason game versus the Indianapolis Colts as a precautionary measure after having ACL reconstruction eight months ago. Chandler won't play a ton in his first action of 2013, but he will certainly get on the field says head coach Doug Marrone. Per the piece:
"I believe Scott Chandler will get some reps barring anything happening between now and (Friday night)," said Marrone. "So you’ll see him in there."
Last season, Chandler was highly effective for Buffalo with 43 catches for 571 yards, both career highs. The 6'7', 260-pound native of Texas has also caught six touchdown passes in each of the past two years, proving a very large and reliable red zone target for E.J. Manuel/Kevin Kolb.
