The Patriots and Lions will meet in the third preseason game, which will essentially serve as a dress rehearsal for the regular season.
New England is undergoing a bit of a rebuild on the offensive side of the ball. With Rob Gronkowski injured, Aaron Hernandez in jail, and Wes Welker in Denver, Tom Brady has been forced to turn to Kenbrell Thompkins, Danny Amendola and Zach Sudfeld to help him carry the Patriots' passing offense.
Meanwhile, the Lions are hoping to get their offense on track. Matthew Stafford and company haven't been clicking thus far in the preseason, and it doesn't help that Calvin Johnson was held out in Week 2 with a knee injury.
Here's how to watch Thursday night's game.
