The Cincinnati Bengals will take on the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday. The two teams seem to be trending in opposite directions, as the Bengals are riding a young quarterback in hopes of winning the division -- something that is certainly possible -- while the Cowboys just gave a bunch of money to a quarterback who has been unable to get them there.
That said, Tony Romo probably isn't the problem in Dallas. He's looked good thus far in preseason action and should put the Cowboys in a position win more often than not. That said, the Cowboys have other issues, primarily along the offensive line and at the running back position. They've also revamped their defense and have a new scheme to run, and will be looking for more improvement in their third preseason game.
Cincinnati Andy Dalton has looked sharp thus far in the preseason and it's unclear how much he'll play in this game. He's a known commodity now, and while starters often play longer in the third preseason game, the Bengals definitely want to keep him protected, as it all falls apart without Dalton throwing to A.J. Green.
