Patrick Peterson is now also a quarterback somehow

Patrick Peterson can do it all on the football field. Including ... throwing? Finally, the Cardinals have a QB.

We knew that the Cardinals would be using Patrick Peterson more on offense this season, but we kind of figured it would be in the ways hyper-athletic cornerbacks could make as offensive weapons: occasionally running passing routes, getting some carries in ways that emphasize his speed.

We didn't picture it being like this:

Sort of a weird loop-de-loop end around, and then ... well, not a perfect throw to wide receiver Kerry Taylor, since it's a bit ahead of him and forces him out of bounds, but still, a first down. Pat Pete has an arm. He also has a 17-yard reception on the day ... although covering Calvin Johnson has proven rather hard.
