Howard Smith-USA TODAY Sports

The Chargers' offense won't be at full speed Sunday.

A handful of the San Diego Chargers' starters on offense will be inactive for Sunday's road matchup against the Tennessee Titansaccording to the NFL's official inactives log.

The Chargers' offense has produced well through two games, placing them fifth in the NFL in scoring and eighth in total offense. But starting right tackle D.J. Fluker and wide receiver Malcom Floyd will not play Sunday. Fluker suffered a concussion in practice this week, according to Kevin Patra of NFL.com.
