Browns vs. Vikings 2013: Minnesota devastated after wild Cleveland win

Brace Hemmelgarn-USA TODAY Sport

The Browns' win on Sunday has left the Vikings in disarray.

The Cleveland Browns pulled off a shocking upset of the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday after a week of criticism was aimed in their direction. For a team that was being talked about as one of the worst in the league, the Browns sure didn't look the part. Brian Hoyer got his first start and led Cleveland valiantly.

Needless to say, the folks at Dawgs By Nature were thrilled.

Incredible. Words can't describe the joy I feel -- I was one of the biggest defenders about the fact that this team would not roll over and die. I could have been incredibly wrong, but I wasn't. The offense responded with a lot of fight, and the defense overcome some second-half turnovers by the offense.

The atmosphere over at the Daily Norseman was much different. The Vikings are now 0-3 on the season, and the fans are starting to lose hope. After making the playoffs a year ago, this season comes as even more of a letdown.

Here is what the folks at the Daily Norseman had to say.

As much as it saddens and depresses me to say this after Week 3, it appears that the competitive portion of the Minnesota Vikings' 2013 season is over with.
