Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is set to be a free agent after the season. He says he wants to start again, but isn't ruling out the possibility of returning to the Eagles and being the backup to Nick Foles.
Vick spent the last five seasons with the Eagles, throwing 57 touchdowns and 33 interceptions in that span. He also had a problem staying healthy, and his latest injury in 2013 led to the emergence of Foles. Foles was a revelation in his second season, throwing for 27 touchdowns to just two interceptions in 13 games and leading the Eagles to a divisional title.
Vick is still likely to test the open market in the spring. He's 33 years old and the injuries continue to be a concern, but when healthy, he is still an above-average quarterback. He shouldn't have much problem finding a team that will give him a starting job should he leave Philly.
