The SEC is graduating another player to the NFL with Hill's announcement.

LSU Tigers running back Jeremy Hill has declared for the 2014 NFL Draft, according to Hill's twitter.

Hill is the seventh-best back eligible to come out for this class according to the rankings of SB Nation's Dan Kadar, likely slotting him in as a mid-round draft pick. The former Tigers star has size on his side, coming in at 6'2'' and 235 pounds.

The Baton Rouge, La,, native had a strong sophomore season in 2013 at LSU, rushing for 1,401 yards and 16 touchdowns on 6.9 yards per carry. He also can catch the ball a bit, registering 18 receptions for 181 yards. Those stats are what propelled Hill to forgo his final two seasons of eligibility to take his chances in the draft.

In the Outback Bowl against the Iowa Hawkeyes on New Year's Day, Hill put on a show for the nation. The LSU star plowed ahead for a season-high 216 rushing yards on 28 attempts, scoring twice in a 21-14 victory.
