Every year the President of the United States records an interview for broadcast during the seemingly endless Super Bowl pregame show and 2014 will be no different. With FOX holding the broadcast rights this year, Barack Obama will talk with Fox News' Bill O'Reilly for the second time in three years.

The last time they spoke during a pre-Super Bowl interview a wide variety of topics including unrest in Egypt and health care were discussed. Considering the topic of health care remains at the forefront of people's minds, there's a good chance questions will again be asked on the subject. There's also the civil unrest in the Ukraine, which means the general topics for this interview could end up mirroring the scope of their 2011 discussion.

The Republican's on-going kerfluffle surrounding the implementation of the health care law and their crusade to repeal it (which ended up shutting down the government for several weeks late last year) means chances are good that one of FOX's most well known personalities will again press the President on the subject, just like in the 2011 interview.

O'Reilly made his name in the early 1990s as the host of the tabloid/gossip show Inside Edition before being hired as a political commentator for the new Fox News Network in 1996. He's worked in television since 1980 and has authored 15 books on a variety of political and historical topics.

Despite O'Reilly and Fox News' reputation for leaning toward the political right, the veteran reporter and TV host says he's not out to hurt the President.

I think that I have a respectful relationship with him. I've interviewed him twice: once on the campaign and then once at Super Bowl. I really think he believes I give him a fair shake. Now that does not mean we're in his camp, but we're not trying to deliberately hurt him. We do want to hear his side.

The interview will be pre-recorded.
