Super Bowl squares: 3rd quarter results feature a shakeup

Jamie Squire

The Broncos aren't going to win, but the people with 8 are happy now.

SB Nation 2014 NFL Playoff Coverage

We really hope you're playing Super Bowl squares, because if you're not, this game is probably quite boring. Unless you're a Denver Broncos fan. Then it's probably wonderful.

The safety from the first quarter continues to make this game very weird, along with the Broncos being absolutely abysmal. The score is 36-8 in favor of the Seattle Seahawks at the end of the third quarter, so if you're playing every quarter and you have the square corresponding to 6 for the Seahawks and 8 for the Broncos, collect your winnings from your extremely bitter friends and family.

Finally, someone with a number corresponding to something other than 0 for the Broncos is a winner. The people who have had 6 and 0, along with 6/6 and 6/7 are probably very mad at the person with 6 and 8, since the Broncos scored and converted a two-point conversion as time expired in the quarter.
