Can our Oakland Raiders Set and Meet a Goal of Seven or Fewer Penalties?
I'm a couple days late with this one but Le'Ron McClain's touchdown in last weekend's game against the Oakland Raiders will remain Le'Ron McClain's touchdown.
Typical Kansas City Chiefs and Oakland Raiders game last week. We've received word that at least four players were fined in the game, including two Chiefs.
The Kansas City Chiefs dominated the Oakland Raiders last Sunday, 28-0, in a game that included six interceptions from two Raiders quarterbacks. One of those guys, Carson Palmer, told 95.7 The Game in the Bay Area that he knew about 15 plays last weekend.
The Kansas City Chiefs were one of the team featured on Sound FX via NFL Films and NFL Network and there were a few great sound bites from WR Dwayne Bowe and QB Matt Cassel. Check out the video of it here.
Week 7 The Oakland Raiders pick up a loss this past Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders fall to 4-3, a half game behind the Chargers in the AFC West, and the Chiefs improve...
We highlighted a story from Bob Gretz in Arrowheadlines this morning where Gretz said if Kansas City Chiefs LB Derrick Johnson didn't win the AFC Defensive Player of the Week award, it would be a major upset. DJ dominated last week (and here's the video proof) and was a strong candidate for the award.
We've already asked our readers to grade the Kansas City Chiefs performance over the Oakland Raiders and surprisingly (to me) nearly half of you gave it a B (49 percent) and not an A (45 percent). That surprised me a little bit, to be honest, considering the score (not that I can't see the justification for grading a B, because I can).
After the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, Todd Haley said that when people are talking about the great corners in this league they need to be talking about Brandon Flowers, who had two interceptions -- one of which went for six -- on Sunday.
OK, this is a fantabulous stretch of plays for Derrick Johnson. All in a row. I swear am not making this up. At the start of the second quarter, Chiefs LB Derrick Johnson almost single-handedly stopped the Raiders.
The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Oakland Raiders 28-0 on Sunday and we've already looked at five good stats from that game. (Note: I wrote in that story that the Raiders didn't have any kick or punt returns in the game but I was clearly wrong. Not sure what I was looking at there.)
Kansas City Chiefs QB Matt Cassel went on 810 WHB for weekly Monday morning appearance and confirmed what we all thought: the Chiefs thought the Oakland Raiders were taking some cheap shots at the end of Sunday's game.
