The Baltimore Ravens travel up I-95 about ninety minutes north of here to see not only how good they are, but also how real the Philadelphia Eagles are as well.
Thought it would be fun to do out own little over/unders for today's game featuring our own Baltimore Ravens against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Direct from the NFL, this is the "Game Capsule" on the week two match-up between the Baltimore Ravens and Philadelphia Eagles.
CBS Philly contacted me this week, asking to answer five questions about the Baltimore Ravens, the week two opponent of the Philadelphia Eagles.
These match ups may very well determine the winner of Sundays game of the week between the Ravens and Eagles.
When the Baltimore Ravens defense comes out onto the playing field, they better not just focus on stopping Eagles QB Michael Vick, as RB leSean McCoy might be even more dangerous.
Traditionally, the Ravens mantra on defense has been "bend-but-don't-break," meaning they will lay off opposing offenses between the 20-yard lines, but stiffen up once the opponents gets into the Red Zone.
Regardless of last year, much less last week, expect a battle on Sunday afternoon in Philadelphia, as the Ravens want to prove they deserve mention as one of the best teams in the league while the Eagles just want to get into the conversation.
With Tyrod Taylor on the roster the Ravens are used to facing a duel threat quarterback in practice. Hopefully they can bring that experience with them to Philadelphia...
