19 Jamar Chaney Undergoes Surgery On Neck

The Eagles announced today that Jamar Chaney has undergone surgery to repair a herniated disk in his neck. Chaney sustained the injury in the season finale against the Redskins.

The Eagles might not be winning, but the Eagles fans are the winners of an NFL players poll in Sports Illustrated. Twenty percent of the 321 players surveyed said Eagles fans are the toughest to play in front of.

No Willis, no problem, NaVorro. Mr. Bowman should have himself a huge game with Patrick Willis unlikely to suit up in Glendale.

Pro Football Focus has their grades up for Eagles Vs Seahawks and for the most part what they found regarding the Eagles tackling was pretty much what we could have expected.

Well-rounded and a solid tackler. Can simply fly for a linebacker, which helps him make plays all over the field. Can line up anywhere in the linebacker corps.

Flaws

Has had some injury issues. Needs to show more consistency in his all-round game and more play-reading ability. Will bite on fake plays and needs to learn to be more patient.

Career Potential

Rotational and versatile linebacker with good upside.
