Assets	Sees the field exceptionally well and does an excellent job reading plays as they unfold. Places passes very well, keeping them away from defenders. Patient, calm and smooth in all situations. A true leader on the field.
Flaws	Doesn't have an elite arm for deep throws. While athletic and able to throw on the run, he's not a top-tier scrambler. Has been injury-prone and needs to add bulk for better durability.
