Assets
  • A solid pass rusher. Has great initial quickness and closing speed. Has multiple moves to the QB. Hustles and will get coverage sacks and make plays from behind. Wins the first step battle and will make tackles in the backfield. Stays low and gets good leverage in run support. Dedicated and hard working.
Flaws
  • Was hurt in 2003 and lacked the explosiveness and the smoothness that made him a star in 2002. Worked out poorly in the offseason and may be a little stiff. Can get engulfed and manhandled at the point of attack and must get thicker and stronger. Needs to improve footwork and balance.

  • Long-range prospect.
