Assets
  • A smart, instinctive, hustling defender. Plays with all of the intangibles. Makes good reads at the snap, plays under control, and pursues relentlessly. Has great range and gets in good position. Will stick his nose in the hole. A big hitter with a mean streak. A good zone defender with some pass rush ability.
Flaws
  • More fast than quick. Vulnerable to cutbacks. Won't be able to cut and move with RBs in pass coverage. Doesn't have the outstanding burst to be a top blitzer. Has short arms and gets engulfed at times.

  • Quality backup.
