We'll be going through and checking out a few of the key questions for the Kansas City chiefs as they enter the 2012 offseason. Up first is the status of the ACL group -- Jamaal Charles, Tony Moeaki and Eric Berry. All three of those guys were down for the year by Week 2 with torn ACLs and they'll all be returning to the Chiefs next season.

The one good part of the Kansas City Chiefs losing several key players to season-ending injuries is that it happened early in the season. LB Brandon Siler tore his Achilles' in training camp, Tony Moeaki tore his ACL in the final preseason game, Eric Berry tore his ACL in the first game and Jamaal Charles tore his ACL in the second game.

The Kansas City Chiefs have had major issues with injuries this season losing TE Tony Moeaki, S Eric Berry and RB Jamaal Charles (and possible starting LB Brandon Siler) to season-ending injuries. But no one's feeling sorry for them, especially not the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions who stomped the Chiefs early in the year.

Assets

A consistent big hitter who can intimidate at times in run defense. He is a real ball-hawk who likes to line up his targets. Can rush the quarterback or drop into the coverage.

Flaws

Not very fluid or quick, and that can lead him to miss some plays in pass coverage. He's a bit single-minded and can't always adjust to plays.

Career Potential

Capable linebacker with solid tools.
