Assets
  • Excellent quickness. Has a great burst off the line, moves well laterally, and can block on the run. A natural pull-and-trap blocker who can stay in front of the RB on a sweep. Understands the game, gets great position, and walls off defenders. Gets a great punch and uses his hands well when pass blocking. Has solid footwork and can handle defenders who shoot the gaps. A tough guy and a respected leader.
Flaws
  • Doesn't have great size or strength for a guard. Needs to improve his lower-body strength and will never be a top drive blocker. Doesn't always bend properly and will lose leverage at times.
Career Potential
  • Very good backup.
