Keary Colbert Becomes Latest USC Receiver To Make Improbable Comback
The Kansas City Chiefs made 27 roster moves yesterday to come up with their first 53-man roster of the year, which you can see here. With so many moves in one day here are a ton of things to talk about and I'm making my way through all those story lines.
When the Kansas City Chiefs signed WR Keary Colbert out of the blue the other day I figured it was another body for training camp and didn't think much about it. I mean, it's been two years since he played in the NFL so his chances of making the team couldn't be that good.

Coming out of USC in 2004, Colbert was a second round pick by the Carolina Panthers. His best season statistically was by far his 2004 rookie year, when he caught 47 passes for 754 yards and five touchdowns. Since that season though, Colbert has essentially been jumping form team to team.
