Assets
  • A fierce competitor. Has great anticipation and gets a good jump at the snap. Has long arms, can shed blockers and bats down passes. Has great lower-body drive and gets a strong push into the backfield. Reads and reacts well. A hard-hitting tackler. Makes plays in pursuit. Plays with a nasty streak.
Flaws
  • Not an explosive, fluid athlete. Won't beat anyone with double moves. Lacks a thick frame or wide base and doesn't anchor well. Can be steered when blockers latch on. Tore his ACL in 2001 and has durability issues.
