The Browns signed offensive lineman Oniel Cousins off waivers from the Baltimore Ravens on Monday. A former third-round pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, Cousins has played in 25 games with four career starts with Baltimore. According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Plain Dealer, Cousins quickly fell on the depth chart this preseason.
