The 2013 free agent market for linebackers has been relatively quiet, with few players signing exorbitant contracts. That doesn't mean no big names are available. However, many former stars aren't garnering the attention they once did.

The Cleveland Browns continued bolstering their front seven on the first day of free agency by signing defensive tackle Desmond Bryant, according to reports, including the Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot.
Free agency officially begins for the Cleveland Browns and the rest of the teams in the NFL at 4:00 PM ET. According to one NFL reporter, the Browns, who have the most cap space out of all of the teams in the league, have been very busy thus far.

About a half hour into free agency, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that an agreement had been reached between the Cleveland Browns and OLB Paul Kruger. A deal could be worth up to $8 million per year.
Paul Kruger is on his way to Cleveland, where he will play a pivotal role as a pass-rusher in Ray Horton's 3-4 defense.
