Niners LB Spikes questionable

Santa Clara, CA (Sports Network) - San Francisco 49ers linebacker Takeo Spikes is questionable for Sunday's game at Indianapolis with a shoulder injury.

Spikes was held out of practice on Wednesday and Thursday, but took limited snaps on Friday.

Defensive end Ray McDonald (ankle) is questionable as he was a limited participant in practice all week.

Safety Reggie Smith is doubtful for the contest as he was held out of practice all week with a groin injury.
