Ducks Vs. Blackhawks: Top Forwards For Both Teams Impress In Chicago's 3-2 Shootout Win

The top two lines for both the Ducks and Blackhawks combined to score all four goals as Chicago topped Anaheim in the shootout, 3-2.

If one thing was made abundantly clear during the Chicago Blackhawks' 3-2 shootout win over the Anaheim Ducks Tuesday, it's that both teams possess arguably the best scoring lines in the league.

The Ducks' first line of Hart Trophy winner Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf and Bobby Ryan and second line of Brandon McMillan, Saku Koivu and Teemu Selanne are nothing to scoff at.

Meanwhile, the Blackhawks boast a top line of Andrew Brunette, Jonathan Toews and Patrick Sharp, while Daniel Carcillo, Patrick Kane and Marian Hossa made up the second line. In Tuesday's game, these 12 players combined for all four goals and four assists, not to mention Kane's shootout-winning goal.

A look at the highlights will confirm the assertion above. Every goal had a little flair to it, whether it was the set-up or the finish. There might not be anything better than Marian Hossa's game-tying goal midway through the second period. Words can't do such a highlight justice.
