Matthew Barnaby, the former Buffalo Sabres enforcer and current TV analyst for ESPN and TSN, has not had a good go of things with the law lately. That misfortune continued early Monday morning, when he allegedly decided to get behind the wheel of a car that only had three wheels.

Oh, he was also drunk, according to the Erie County, N.Y. Sheriff.

The Sheriff's Department says Barnaby failed several standard field sobriety tests and refused a breath test.  He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.  His license was revoked because of the refusal.

Barnaby was issued appearance tickets and released to his attorney.

Barnaby was in trouble with the law back in May, ultimately getting sentenced to 500 hours of community service after an incident with his estranged wife and her new boyfriend. He was offered an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal, or ACD, but according to WGRZ, that offer is now in jeopardy.
