Bruins Vs. Red Wings: Todd Bertuzzi's Pair Lead Detroit Over Boston

Todd Bertuzzi scored more goals this weekend than the Boston Bruins did. That should tell you all you need to know about the result of the back end of this home-and-home series between the two teams on Sunday afternoon.

Bertuzzi's two goals added to his two from Friday night when the teams met in Boston and propelled his Red Wings to a 4-2 win on Sunday. His first goal opened the scoring for Detroit six minutes into the game, but really, it was all Brad Marchand's fault.

Marchand redeemed himself a few minutes later with a power play goal to give Boston a lead once again, but that was short-lived as Pavel Datsyuk, Kris Draper and Bertuzzi scored again to please the home crowd at Joe Louis Arena.

Jimmy Howard made 23 saves to earn his NHL-best 28th victory on the season. Tim Thomas earned the loss despite making 32 saves on 36 Detroit saves.
