Jaromir Jagr has suffered some sort of unknown injury in the 2012 NHL Winter Classic, leaving the game in the first period with what was thought to be a skate issue. He came back to the bench for the second period, but saw his ice time drastically reduced, only fueling the injury speculation.
So when Mike Rupp scored a goal late in the second period to cut the Philadelphia Flyers lead to 2-1, his goal celebration was the literal example of adding insult to injury.
He's clearly mocking the future Hall of Famer, but uh.... well, we don't need to tell you what it looks like instead. The goal put the Rangers on the board in the NHL Winter Classic, and for a guy like Rupp, scoring a goal like that in a game like this is certainly a career highlight.
