Philadelphia Police are on the hunt for suspects in an assault that took place outside of Geno's Steaks following the 2012 Winter Classic. In a YouTube video, men in Flyers jerseys were seen ganging up on men in Rangers jerseys.

Jan 5, 2012 - Police are investigating a nasty fight between fans of the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Rangers which took place after Monday's Winter Classic. Via a video that surfaced on YouTube, two men in Flyers jerseys joined a man in a black shirt in jumping two men in Rangers jerseys while in line at Geno's Steaks, the South Philly cheesesteak mecca.

Philadelphia Police are searching for suspects, and one Philadelphia man named Edward Neary admitted to committing the crime on the Facebook page of Broad Street Hockey, SB Nation's Flyers blog. Based on that tip, Philly cops have called in Neary for questioning, according to ESPNNewYork.com. The investigation is ongoing.
Complicating things further, one of the victims, 30-year-old Neal Auricchio, is a Woodbridge, N.J. police officer who was off-duty in Philadelphia. He was awarded the Purple Heart for his service in Iraq before returning to the war zone for a second tour of duty, according to a report from NBC New York.
